Confirm booking

Your reservation is considered valid once you have received written confirmation from us and the required deposit has been paid.

 

Cancellation of reservation

The deposit will be retained for cancellations made 14 to 0 days before arrival, and no further penalties will be applied.

For cancellations up to two weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit may be applied to the cost of a subsequent vacation of the same or longer duration, not yet confirmed.

This must be made within 360 days of the cancellation date. In any case, the deposit will not be refunded.

 

Payment methods

Any extras incurred during your stay will be charged to your room.

The balance can be paid in cash within the legal limits, by debit card, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

 

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.

 

Arrivals and departures

Rooms will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM.

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

 

Four-legged friends

Dogs or cats are welcome for a daily supplement of €10.00.

Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room, but upon request, a table can be set up in the bar area where they can enjoy breakfast with them.

The owner is responsible for any damage to furnishings and items.

With the Val di Fassa Guest Card, whether paper or digital, you’ll have access to free or discounted activities and services: public transportation, sports, relaxation, guided tours, gastronomy, and culture.

For your convenience, we’ll send you the activation link by email shortly before your arrival at the property.
